Jeff BrukJeff Bruk | Principal
Jeff has been in the real estate business for over 25 years aquiring extensive experience in tenant representation, landlord leasing, real estate development and real estate consulting. During his career, Jeff has been responsible for the leasing and management of over 15 million sqft. He also represents and has represented national and regional clients including: Aspen Dental, Fresenius Medical Care, Supercuts, European Wax Center, Kimco Realty, Regency Centers, Finard & Company, Invesco, Supervalu, Inc, Aetna Insurance, Hobby Lobby, Stride Rite, Linens n’ Things, Carters, Hadley Corner LLC, Greely Associates LLC, Everest Partners, Tropic Star Development, Bombay Company, Charles Schwab, Eastern Mountain Sports, Fresenius Vascular Care, First Merchants Group and many others.

Zach BrukZach Bruk | Senior Associate
Zach started working in the commercial real estate industry with Boylston Realty Advisors in 2015. During his time there he gained knowledge of New England markets and an understanding of retail and trade area analysis. As an associate of Bruk Realty Advisors Zach is now working on landlord and tenant representation assignments.

In 2015 Zach graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Nichols College.

Steve MillerSteve Miller | Associate
Steve is a graduate of Landmark School and Nichols College. He began working in commercial real estate in 2016 at Wilder. Steve supported many different departments such as; leasing, acquisitions, and marketing throughout his time with the company. He gained knowledge on canvassing, market research and comparative analytics. Steve primarily worked on grocery anchored shopping centers spanning from 100,000 square feet to 700,000 square feet across the east coast.
